Important: The registration deadline for this event is August 16. Attendees without a valid US DOW ID (Active/Retired/Contractor) will need to submit several forms before access to the base can be granted. The submission deadline for these forms is August 17, so we advise all attendees, and those considering attending, to begin the base access process as soon as possible.
Access forms can be submitted before purchasing a ticket, however a ticket will be required for access on-base, and access to the event.
To start the base access process, please either purchase a ticket via the Eventbrite link below, or complete the ‘registration of interest’ form below, and tick the relevant option. We will then email additional guidance on the base access process. See the table below for information on what must be submitted for base access.

Arranging Access to the Naval Postgraduate School
The NPS is a secure US Navy facility, and all guests will need to provide some identification details for security purposes.
Use the link below to check which documents you would need to submit. We will send guidance on how to complete these submissions once a ticket is purchased or the registration of interest form is completed (with the relevant option checked).
